What is the purpose of DHNH hospital auxiliary?

​

-To foster good relations between the hospital and the community.

​

-To assist in fundraising for special needs such as equipment, education/educational materials, marketing/marketing materials, etc…as approved by the hospital and auxiliary members and to serve hospital patients & employees as approved by hospital administration.

 

What types of people should consider becoming a member of the hospital auxiliary?

​

-Those interested in a rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling opportunity to participate and make a difference in the work of the auxiliary.

​

-Those who are not employed by the hospital, those who do not hold a full-time job or ARE employed and have the extra time to commit to the efforts of the auxiliary, however, we will NOT turn down a willing body if they happen to be an employee of the hospital.

​

-The auxiliary volunteers support and assist the hospital and provide an important link between the hospital and the community.
